OpenMPT - Discover the music inside...

This small update to OpenMPT 1.32 fixes various bugs across the whole application.

Here's a list of the most notable changes in this version:

• Volume column portamento effect memory was not updated properly during seeking, causing notes to play at the wrong pitch when resuming playback.
• In the sample editor, Mix paste / Insert paste didn't keep the sample path of the original sample.
• FLAC samples with a non-multiple-of-8 bit depth were loaded too quietly.
• Fixed crash in the instrument editor when receiving pitch bend messages via MIDI.
• Fixed various issues with IMA ADPCM encoded WAV samples, and crashes with malformed FLAC and MPTM files.
• Update LAME encoder to v4.0.
